Teddy Quinn

Teddy Quinn is the Associate Director of Digital Communications at Groundwork Collaborative.

Prior to joining Groundwork, Teddy served in the Biden-Harris Administration as a Communications Specialist at the National Labor Relations Board. Previous to working at the NLRB, they also worked at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities as the Digital Communications Manager working on a range of economic, safety net, and tax issues.

Originally from Napa, California, Teddy graduated from the University of San Francisco with a bachelor’s degree in Media Studies. Teddy is a proud resident of Prince George’s County in Maryland, where they live with their wife and two cats, Tuba and Deborah.
