Jayleen Alvarado

Jayleen Alvarado is an Associate Director of Campaigns and Partnerships at Groundwork Collaborative.

Before joining the team, Jayleen held roles at progressive organizations including Daily Kos, The Center for Popular Democracy, and The Century Foundation. Jayleen has also worked under U.S. Senator Bob Casey of Pennsylvania. Jayleen brings a wide range of experience in public policy, base-building, capacity building, and has led issue campaigns on workers’ rights, college affordability, immigrant justice, and housing affordability.

Jayleen is originally from Pennsylvania, graduating from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, you can find Jayleen reading, shopping, and playing with her dogs.
