The Federal Reserve warned of higher unemployment and higher inflation due to Trump’s chaotic economic policies after today’s Federal Open Market Committee meeting. Today’s statement follows recent data showing our economy is grinding to a halt, and consumers are rapidly losing confidence in Trump’s management of the economy.

Barely 100 days into Trump’s second term, working families are already being crushed by sticky inflation and slowing growth. A Trump-engineered recession will devastate working families, but the president refuses to stand down on his failed trade war, no matter the cost.”
