Nashelle Wells

Nashelle Wells is the Operations Manager at Groundwork Collaborative and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

She has worked across the nonprofit, finance, and education technology sectors, managing projects, strengthening operations, and turning complex work into clear, workable plans. A Washington, D.C. native, Nashelle earned her B.S. in Social Work from Bowie State University. She has volunteered in community outreach with the American Red Cross and contributed writing to Baltimore-based Mouf Radio and Mouf Magazine.

Outside of work, Nashelle loves traveling and reading mysteries that keep her guessing until the last page. She has learned to sail and is now learning to roller skate.
