Q Chaghtai

Q Chaghtai is a Senior Digital Manager at Groundwork Collaborative, where he works with the Communications team to manage Groundwork’s brand, website, and growing digital portfolio.

At Groundwork, Q leverages his extensive knowledge of design principles and industry trends to create visually compelling and user-friendly digital experiences. Q led Groundwork’s website relaunch and rebrand in 2023 and continues to strategize how to expand Groundwork’s digital footprint to amplify the organization’s economic worldview.

Originally hailing from Virginia, Q loves to travel and considers himself a global citizen. He holds a B.A. in English from Virginia Commonwealth University and loves studying new languages (he is currently learning French). Typically, you can catch Q exploring a local museum, making obscure television references, or hopping around the globe.
