Zoe Butler

Zoe Butler is an Associate Director of Policy and Advocacy at Groundwork Collaborative.
Prior to joining Groundwork, she worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce in the CHIPS Program Office and at the U.S. AI Safety Institute. Zoe began her career as a public high school math teacher. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Africana Studies from Brown University. Originally from Rhode Island, Zoe now lives in Washington, D.C.
